Felties return and refund policy

We offer returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your slippers must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept slippers that show any signs of wear, creases, or odours, even if only tried indoors. A valid receipt or order confirmation is required.

To help avoid sizing issues, we recommend checking our size guide carefully before placing your order.

To start a return, please email help@felties.com.au with your order details and reason for return. Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer for change-of-mind returns.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Sale items, gift cards, and custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
